If your organisation is looking for a corporate coaching programme…

I currently offer two programmes on a group coaching basis - the FLOURISH women’s leadership programme and the PRIME LIFE DESIGN exit pathway programme for those considering retirement or leaving the business.

I will work very collaboratively with your organisation to craft a bespoke programme which fits your needs and your budget. We will discuss the content and length of programme, also the level of support and engagement which you require. For those with internal coaches, in the interest of sustainability, I also offer to work with you so that in the second year my involvement is less, but your own coaches will be trained to run the course, with me remaining in a supportive role and running the workshops as needed.

The Coaching Process
